We our proud to offer our customers FREE SHIPPING. We will pay for shipping within the USA when you order directly from our website. All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday.

*IMPORTANT UPDATE: DUE TO COVID-19 AND HOLIDAY SEASON THERE ARE SHIPPING DELAYS WITH USPS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. ORDERS PLACED ARE DROPPED OFF THE SAME DAY BY OUR SHIPPING TEAM. ANYTHING AFTER IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. WE PROMISE TO KEEP YOU UPDATED WITH EVERYTHING WE GET FROM USPS REGARDING YOUR ORDER. 

Shipping Rates for the US


Standard shipping within the continental US is FREE on all orders.

Express Shipping is available on all orders for an additional charge of $4.99


Shipping & Fulfillment

Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 2-5 business days after the order is placed using USPS. Express shipping & fulfillment takes 1-3 business days after the order is placed using USPS.


Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@skinsetgo.com. We will arrange for USPS to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

For missing packages, if the package is still not found, we will start a trace with USPS, and take the required follow-up steps. We will always keep you updated with any information we receive. 


International

Unfortunately, we do not offer any international shipping at the moment. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date with our newest launches internationally.

  • Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Skin Set Go assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks.
